How does it work technically?
We run a dedicated automation server that connects to your social media accounts via official APIs. When you send content to your personal Telegram bot, our system processes it and publishes to all your connected platforms simultaneously. Everything runs on secure, self-hosted infrastructure.
Do you store my content?
Media files are temporarily cached on our server only during the publishing process and automatically deleted within 24 hours. We never store your content permanently or share it with third parties.
How do I connect my social accounts?
After subscribing, we guide you through the setup process step by step. For most platforms (X, Threads, TikTok), you authorize via OAuth — no passwords shared. For Instagram, we use the official Meta API. The whole setup takes about 10 minutes.
What content formats are supported?
Text posts, photos (JPG, PNG), and videos (MP4). Videos are automatically optimized for each platform — posted as Reels on Instagram, as video tweets on X, and as native videos on TikTok and Threads.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, no contracts. Cancel anytime and your subscription stays active until the end of the billing period. We also offer a 7-day free trial on all plans.

1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using CrossPost ("Service"), operated by Chelpanov ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
CrossPost is a social media cross-posting automation tool that allows users to publish content from a Telegram bot to multiple social media platforms including but not limited to X (Twitter), Instagram, Threads, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
3. User accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your connected accounts and API credentials. You agree not to share your bot access with unauthorized parties.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You will not:
- Post content that violates any applicable law or regulation
- Post spam, misleading, or harmful content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or abuse the Service
- Violate the terms of service of any connected platform
- Use the Service to harass, threaten, or defame others
5. Content ownership
You retain full ownership of all content you submit through the Service. By using CrossPost, you grant us a limited license to temporarily process and transmit your content solely for the purpose of publishing it to your connected platforms.
6. Payment and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. All payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We offer a 7-day free trial on all plans. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
7. Service availability
We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for publishing delays or failures caused by third-party platform outages, API changes, or rate limits.
8. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us via Telegram.
10. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify active users of significant changes via Telegram.

1. Information we collect
When you use CrossPost, we collect:
- Account data: Your Telegram user ID, connected social media account identifiers, and OAuth tokens required to publish on your behalf.
- Content data: Photos, videos, and text you send through the bot. This data is processed in transit and temporarily cached for publishing purposes only.
- Usage data: Basic publishing logs (timestamps, success/failure status) for troubleshooting.
2. How we use your information
We use your information solely to:
- Publish your content to your connected social media platforms
- Send you status reports about published content
- Diagnose and fix technical issues
- Communicate with you about your account and the Service
3. Data retention
Media files (photos, videos) are automatically deleted from our server within 24 hours of publishing. OAuth tokens are stored securely and encrypted at rest. Publishing logs are retained for 30 days. Account data is retained until you request deletion.
4. Data sharing
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. Your content is only transmitted to the social media platforms you have explicitly connected and authorized.
5. Third-party services
CrossPost connects to third-party platforms (Telegram, X, Instagram, Meta, TikTok, etc.) via their official APIs. Your interactions with these platforms are governed by their respective privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.
6. Security
We employ industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure credential storage, and access controls. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute data security.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Disconnect any social media platform at any time
- Withdraw consent for data processing by canceling your subscription
8. Children's privacy
CrossPost is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
